Project Manager — Commercial Construction

Position Overview

Noble Construction Management is seeking a Mid–Senior Level Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality projects for national and regional brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communication
  • Lead project planning, buyout, and procurement
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Coordinate with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule goals
  • Manage change orders, pay applications, and financial tracking
  • Maintain accurate documentation in project management systems
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Experience in both ground-up and tenant improvement (TI) projects
  • Experience in one or more of the following sectors: QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), Retail, Financial Institutions, Fitness, Entertainment
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Preferred Technical Experience

Experience with the following tools is a plus:

  • Microsoft Excel
  • Bluebeam
  • Procore
  • NetSuite
  • Outbuild

Location

  • Based out of our Longview, Texas office

Compensation

  • Salary Range: $85,000–$115,000 (based on experience)
  • Additional: Project-based bonus structure

Traveling Project Superintendent

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a traveling Project Superintendent. The Project Superintendent will be responsible for supervising construction projects, ensuring quality control, implementing construction safety measures, and managing site control budgets. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a project lead or superintendent role
  • Supervisory skills, commercial construction, and quality control
  • Ownership mindset
  • Experience in implementing construction safety measures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Relevant certifications or licenses
  • Procore experience
  • Project scheduling
  • Ground-up/TI retail, restaurant, fitness, or financial institution experience
  • Ability to drive schedule through field level buy-in

Expectations

  • Responsible for jobsite safety; maintain a zero-tolerance policy for safety deficiencies
  • Complete daily project logs
  • Assist team with weekly owner meeting content and updates
  • Create RFIs and send out to project team
  • Hold onsite weekly subcontractor meetings
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of project schedules and deliverables
  • Ensure subcontractors are meeting project timelines and schedules
  • Manage budgets for all onsite logistics, equipment, and rentals
  • Ensure project stakeholders are regularly updated and kept up to date on all project activities
