How Noble Construction Management handles information collected through buildwithnoble.com.

Last updated: September 2, 2026

This policy explains what information we collect through buildwithnoble.com, why we collect it, who it goes to, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website. It does not cover information you give us in person, on a jobsite, or through a signed contract.

Information You Give Us

We collect information only when you choose to send it. There are two forms on this site.

Project inquiry form

On our contact page, we ask for your first and last name, company, email address, phone number, the type of project, and whatever project details you write. You also choose whether to opt in to text messages.

Job application form

On our application page, we ask for your name, contact details, current employer, job title, years of experience, the sectors and project types you have worked in, software you have used, your LinkedIn profile if you want to share it, and how you heard about the role. You upload a resume, and optionally a cover letter.

Everything on both forms is voluntary. If you would rather not use a form, call or email us instead.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the site, some information is recorded without you typing anything:

  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit, roughly where visitors are located, and how they found us. This tells us which of our services and projects people are interested in.
  • Spam filtering. When you submit a form, the submission and the IP address it came from are checked by our spam-filtering service to separate real inquiries from automated ones.
  • Technical information. Ordinary web traffic details such as IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you viewed.

How We Use It

  • To answer your inquiry, price a project, and follow up about work you asked us about.
  • To review job applications and contact candidates.
  • To keep spam and automated submissions out of our inbox.
  • To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not run advertising pixels on this site.

Text Messages

The project inquiry form includes a separate opt-in for text messages. It is not required, and unchecking it does not stop us from responding to you by phone or email.

If you opt in, we may text you about your inquiry or project. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make this site and our business run, and only so they can do that job:

  • Google, for website analytics.
  • CleanTalk, for spam filtering on form submissions.
  • Our web host and email provider, which store the site and deliver the messages the forms send us.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our people, or the safety of others.

Job Applicants

Resumes, cover letters, and application details are used to evaluate you for the role you applied to and for other roles we think may fit. They are shared internally with the people involved in hiring. We keep applications on file so we can reach out about future openings. If you would rather we delete yours, email us and we will.

Cookies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: keeping the site working and loading quickly, and website analytics. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking them may affect how parts of the site behave. You can also install Google’s opt-out browser add-on to stop Google Analytics from collecting your visits.

How Long We Keep It

We keep project inquiries for as long as we may reasonably need them for the project or relationship they relate to, and job applications for as long as they may be useful for hiring. When information is no longer needed, we delete it. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection, and we limit access to form submissions to people who need it. No website or method of transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

Your Choices

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what information about you we hold.
  • Correct anything that is wrong.
  • Delete your inquiry or application.
  • Stop texting or emailing you.

Email info@buildwithnoble.com or call (903) 505-5745 and we will take care of it. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and for adults seeking employment. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Other Websites

Our site links to other websites, including our social media profiles. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your information. Read their privacy policies before using them.

Changes To This Policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
