A full-service fitness facility built out inside an existing retail center. Delivered complete and turned over to the owner.
The Project
CLUB4 Fitness came back to Noble Construction Management for Bryan after we delivered their El Paso location.
The work took an existing space in an occupied retail center and turned it into a complete gym. Everything a member touches was built here: the strength and machine floors, the cardio decks, the turf training field, an enclosed cycle studio, full locker rooms with tiled showers, a cedar sauna, a recovery suite, and the reception and juice bar at the front of house.
Building inside a live retail center sets the terms. The shell, the structure and the neighboring tenants were already there, so the layout had to work around what could not move, and the site had to stay orderly while other businesses in the center kept operating.
The facility is complete and turned over.
What We Delivered
Main training floor
Open strength and machine floor laid out for circulation at peak occupancy, with turf lanes, platform zones and rack rows.
Cardio decks
Treadmill, bike and rower banks set on sightlines to wall-mounted displays.
Functional turf
Turf training field and rig bays, with the CLUB4 mark inlaid into the surface.
Cycle studio
Dedicated enclosed studio with a color-changing cove ceiling and tiered floor.
Locker rooms
Full locker runs, tiled showers and changing areas, built to accessibility requirements.
Recovery and sauna
Cedar sauna and a recovery suite housing red light therapy equipment.
Front of house
Reception desk, juice bar, retail counter and member circulation corridor.
Back of house
Staff break room, offices, restrooms and service areas.
